For A Better Us Global was created from more than 20 years of genuine connection, shared values, and a deep commitment to service. What began as long standing friendships and professional relationships evolved into a unified mission to support children, families, and communities in meaningful and lasting ways.

Our organization is led by a dedicated Board of nine members representing diverse backgrounds in education, healthcare, behavioral health, human services, technology, workforce development, organizational leadership, and a wide range of lived experiences across gender and age. Though varied in perspective, we are united by a shared commitment to being part of the solution and strengthening our community through intentional action.

Through our collective experiences, we identified a critical gap. Many families struggle with intentional goal setting, not because they lack ambition or motivation, but because limited access and exposure often restrict what they are able to envision for themselves. When individuals are not exposed to new experiences, careers, cultures, and pathways, their aspirations are often shaped and confined by what they already know.

We exist to change that narrative. By expanding access, exposure, and holistic support, we design programs, resources, and transformative experiences that empower families to dream bigger, set meaningful goals, and pursue lives rooted in stability, growth, and expanded possibilities. Grounded in trust, collaboration, and a strong belief in collective impact, For A Better Us Global is committed to creating pathways that foster resilience and generational transformation.
